This Leadership Symposium brought together nurse leaders from across the country to explore strategies for preparing the nursing workforce for virtual nursing, advancing innovative care delivery models, and measuring the impact of these approaches. Through three expert-led panels featuring case studies from adult and pediatric medical centers and health systems at the forefront of virtual care, the symposium delivered actionable insights for nurse leaders across the continuum—from academia and bedside practice to the C-suite.
