In December 2023, leaders in nursing, healthcare security, and various organizations with stakes in hospital safety, attended the Think Tank Program on Promoting Workplace Safety and Preventing Violence through the nursing leadership lens. The program covered workplace safety promotion initiatives by AHA, and a case study from Boston Medical Center. Many violence prevention strategies and technologies were discussed.
